The customer is entitled to return part or all of the order within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt. Prerequisite is the communication with our store and the sending of the purchase document (receipt / invoice) to [email protected].
In any case, the customer is obliged to send the product in its original condition. Basic condition that the special markings (labels) have not been removed, that the product has not been used or worn. The return is accepted onlyupon communication and approval of our company.
In case of product change communication with the company is necessary first. Also, for the first change, the shipping cost is borne by the customer and amounts to 5 € and it is necessary to present the purchase document (receipt / invoice). From the second change onwards it is charged according to the provided charges. The change is completed by attaching the purchase receipt to your parcel to our store. For your smooth operation and service, please contact our company by email or via social media (Facebook, Instagram) to inform us about the change you wish to make. When the return parcel is received, a quality control is performed. Once it is confirmed that the products have all the special markings, are in their original condition and have not been used or worn, then your change is approved. Immediately after, we will send you the new products with free shipping to the address you have indicated to us.
In case of refund after contacting our company by email or via social media (Facebook, Instagram), please attach the purchase document (receipt / invoice) with the reason for the refund and a reference to the reason for the return of the product. (Note: Refunds are made only on defective product.) Refunds will be made through our partner bank (National Bank) in the name and account number (IBAN) of the beneficiary you indicate. The refund of the value of the products is made within the next 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned parcel. In case of deposit in a different bank, the bank expenses are divided among the Beneficiary (Customer) and the Depositor (Kafaloukas Shoes). When the return parcel is received, a quality control is performed. Once it is confirmed that the products have all the special markings, are in their original condition and have not been used or washed, then your request is approved.
The shipping costs of the shipment of the order are not refundable as it concerns shipment with courier service.
In case of company error in sending the product or receiving a defective product, the shipping costs of the new shipment are borne entirely by our company.
