Product Exchange

If you wish to exchange a product, size or colour, you must first contact our company via email at [email protected] or through our social media channels on Facebook and Instagram.

A product exchange can be completed provided that the product is in its original condition, has not been used or worn, includes all special markings and tags, and is accompanied by its original packaging.

To complete the exchange, it is necessary to provide the order number or the relevant proof of purchase.

For the first exchange, the shipping cost is borne by the customer and amounts to €5. From the second exchange onwards, the charge will be applied according to the applicable shipping fees.

Once we receive the product returned for exchange, a quality check will be carried out. Provided that the above conditions are met, we will proceed with the shipment of the new product to the address you have provided.

Defective or Incorrect Product

If you receive a defective product or a product different from the one you ordered, please contact our company immediately via email at [email protected] or through our social media channels on Facebook and Instagram.

For better and faster service, please send us your order number, the relevant proof of purchase and, where possible, photos of the product or of the issue identified.

After communication and the relevant inspection, provided that it is confirmed that the product is defective or that there has been an incorrect shipment by our company, the return shipping costs and the shipping costs for the replacement will be borne exclusively by our company.

The replacement will be made with the same product, subject to availability. In case the product is not available, our company will contact you regarding the selection of another product or a refund.
