The customer has the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the order, without being required to provide a reason for the return.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us with a clear statement via email at [email protected], stating the order number or attaching the relevant proof of purchase, or by completing the form below.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and unworn, with all special markings, tags and packaging intact. Once the returned products are received, a quality check will be carried out in order to confirm their condition.

The direct cost of returning the products is borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a defective product or an incorrect shipment by our company.

In the case of a valid withdrawal, the refund will be processed within 14 calendar days from the day on which we were informed of the customer’s decision to withdraw. The company reserves the right to withhold the refund until the products have been received or until the customer provides proof of return shipment.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

The value of the products and the cost of the standard initial delivery, if charged during the original order, will be refunded. ny additional cost resulting from the customer’s choice of a more expensive delivery method will not be refunded.

If the returned product has been used, worn, damaged or is not in its original condition, the company reserves the right to assess any reduction in the value of the product according to its condition.
